Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy

Whilst there is every intention to run the program as advertised, Workplace Research Centre (WRC) reserves the right to change the program and/or presenters. WRC also reserves the right to cancel this event due to insufficient numbers. If this occurs, refunds will be made in full.

Conferences

Cancellations must be notified in writing and received by WRC at least seven working days prior to the event and a full refund will then be made. For cancellations notified less than seven working days before the event, no refund will be made. All registrations are transferable at any time to another person in your organisation at no charge. Registrations are valid for one person only and may not be shared by other colleagues during the course of the event.

Please note for payments made by cheque that the cheque needs to be received seven days prior to the event, otherwise a credit card payment will be required before entry into the conference.

Courses & Workshops

As numbers to courses & workshops are strictly limited, for a full refund cancellations must be notified in writing and received by WRC at least fourteen working days prior to the commencement of the event. For cancellations received within fourteen working days of the commencement of the event, a 50% refund of the fee will be made or you may transfer to an equivalent WRC course. You may transfer your registration once only. There will be no refund or transfer to other courses for cancellations received within seven working days of the commencement of the event.

All registrations are transferable at any time to another person in your organisation at no charge.
