Susanna Baldwin Position: Research Analyst Qualifications: Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) Susanna joined the Workplace Research Centre in August 2009 as a Research Analyst. Prior to this she worked for three years at the Institute for Employment Studies (IES) in Brighton, UK, where she managed and/or contributed to a variety of exploratory and evaluative research projects on topics spanning HR management, working lives, and career choices. Two of the subject areas she was most closely involved with were improvement and innovation within the UK National Health Service, and managing the needs and expectations of older workers. She has experience of a range of research methodologies, with particular specialisation in systematic and quasi-systematic literature reviewing, qualitative interviewing, and staff surveys. |
