Workplace Online Surveys are a critical tool in the armoury of the modern HR manager. Designed by WRC's survey specialists our Workplace Online Surveys are customised to each client’s needs, easy to complete and administered by way of a secure website using 128 bit Secure Socket Layer encryption with Thwaite certification. Our online survey design process includes pre-survey focus group, plain English drafting and design (in conjunction with the client), testing and undertaking a pilot survey prior to launch. Integrity of the data gathered is ensured by each staff member only accessing the survey via a unique user id password window with user identity not forming part of the database or reports made available to the client. Survey results are provided on line immediately after the end of the survey period. We can also provide a written report and analysis as well as oral presentations of the results if desired by the client. Where requested we can also propose outcomes and strategies to overcome deficiencies or problems identified by the survey results.
