Sally Wright Position: Senior Research Analyst Qualifications: Masters of Industrial Relations & Human Resource Management, USYD, BBUS (Employment Relations), UTS Sally joined WRC in 2009 to work on the Australia at Work project. Immediately prior to joining the WRC, she worked for five years as a national industrial officer for the Finance Sector Union. She has also worked in IR, employment and VET in the NSW public sector. She has undertaken consultancy work for a range of clients including the NSW MERSITAB, NSW TAFE Flexible Delivery Framework, UNESCO and UNESCAP. Sally’s research interests include union organising, pay equity, executive remuneration, the federal system of workplace relations, restructuring and major organisational change and corporate social responsibility.
