She has helped to develop surveys for the Garling Enquiry and the Graduate School of Government. Her analysis of workforce sustainability in the Victorian public library system has fed into their plans for workforce development within the sector. Michelle coordinated the development of a report for the National Occupational Health and Safety Advisory Council of New Zealand (NOHSAC) on the changing nature of work in New Zealand and it’s implications for emerging risks of injury and disease in the workplace.
