Linda, an accredited trainer and mediator, is the Manager, Training Services at the WRC, University of Sydney.

Since joining the WRC in November 1993,she has developed, written and delivered industrial relations training courses, briefings and seminarsfor a wide range of organisations in both the public and private sectors. Topics cover a wide range of workplace issues including industrial relations and the law, industrial awards and agreements, working with unions, negotiating skills, industrial conflict, working on workplace consultative committees, and skills for enterprise bargaining committees.

She has experience in training people of all ages and from diverse backgrounds, having trained in the NSW Technical and Further education system as well as the private and public sectors. Linda has a background in sociology and industrial relations and has assisted withWRC projects. Prior to joining WRC, Linda was a full-time union official in the public sector.

Linda is an accredited mediator registered under the Mediation Act 1997 (ACT).
