Kristy’s role is to manage the conferences, events and training courses for the Workplace Research Centre. WRC's conferences and briefings are designed to inform employee relations managers, human resources and OH&S professionals, union officials and policy makers on these changing dynamics and issues.

These events include our Annual Conference, Labour Law Conference, Essential Employee Relations Courses as well as the newly created Happiness @ Work and Climate Change @ Work.
