Either select a Standard training course … Many of the popular public courses offered by the WRC can also be run at your choice of venue. By way of an indication, current open courses are listed here.
Commissioning standard courses to be run for you in-house can be cost-effective when compared with sending several individuals to external training, in particular when convenience and other opportunity costs are factored in. Nonetheless, the extent of the learning transferred back to the workplace inevitably cannot match that engendered via a program which has been customised for you.
… or choose a Customised training option Take advantage of our extensive experience scoping a program tailored to your actual operating environment. Should you so wish, real case studies, your policies and procedures and other elements specific to your organisation can be designed into your program to ensure it is as relevant and applied as possible.
Flexible program design For specialised development needs, select a single topic to be run for you over one or more days. Content may extend from employee briefing sessions – for example to meet organisational compliance requirements - through to high-level development programs. Alternatively, you may require a generalist course incorporating multiple subject areas. You decide whether all sessions are attended by the entire cohort, or whether different individuals will attend separate sessions within a program.
Mode of delivery We will be delighted to schedule program delivery around your real operational requirements. For example you may prefer that an experienced facilitator deliver the entire program in one block. Alternatively it can be phased across multiple dates, delivered on a modular basis to one or more groups of your employees. The WRC prides itself on the provision of interactive, applied learning programs leading to greater transferability back into the workplace.
