Position: Senior Research Analyst Qualifications: BA, GradDipSocSc(Hons-SocRes), MBA Kent has a strong background in climate surveys and extensive experience in the ICT, pharmaceutical and health sectors. Over the past 15 years, he has held research, evaluation and project management positions with the University of Sydney (Department of General Practice), Royal North Shore Hospital (Department of Health Promotion), The Alzheimer’s Association (National Secretariat), and HCN (a subsidiary of Primary Health Care Ltd). He also has provided consulting services to CanTeen Australia, ParaQuad NSW, North Sydney Council, University of NSW, NSW Department of School Education, Department of Health Tasmania, and has been an associate lecturer in Social Research (University of Tasmania). Kent joined the WRC in early 2009 and is currently working on a three year project investigating the interdependence of workers, employers and training providers in increasing national productivity and a large scale industrial relations survey of Australian employers. |
