Betty is the Coordinator of WRC’s Awards and Agreements Database. Her main responsibility lies in servicing client needs and the day to day coordination and maintenance of research projects associated with awards and agreements trends and analysis. In addition to her role as Coordinator, Betty works on various research projects undertaken by WRC. Research interests include enterprise bargaining and workplace change, pay equity, work and family issues, impact of workplace change on organisational culture (employee morale, work satisfaction and productivity).
